Absolutely!  It's not a natural food, so consuming a lot of it is toxic overload.  Try coconut water instead.  It's considered to be the natural sports drink.  Green supplements and green smoothies will give you energy too and lots of nutrients.  more

It also depends on your metabolism and how well your body processes toxins out of your body.  I have known people who can pass a drug screen within as little as 24 hours when they were younger but now that they are older no such luck.  Your best bet is to not take them at all.  One bad drug screen on your record could mean trouble. more

Two ways: First is eat smaller meals, more frequently. Most people find this hard to do, but if you can eat 5 times a day, you're body will always know food is near and burn it efficiently. How many times are you ravenously hungry before you get home to make dinner? Carry an apple or a snack-sized bar for eating between meals (SoyJoy, etc.). Second is strength train.
